Anise Hyssop, Agastache foeniculum
Beautiful, lavender to purple flowers on spikes and anise-scented foliage on stems 2-4' tall. Mid- to late summer bloom. Flowers are attractive to bees, hummingbirds, butterflies, and other pollinators. Seedheads attract goldfinches in the fall. Aromatic leaves can be used to make herbal teas or jellies.
